Women's Clinic and Family Counseling Center

Welcome!

In 1972, when Women's Clinic & Family Counseling Center opened its doors, we made it our mission to provide affordable care in a nurturing and non-judgmental setting that encouraged patient participation in healthcare decisions. Over the years, we have worked hard to fulfill the goals of our mission and today we feel those goals have been met. "It's time to allow others who are more able to operate in a changed healthcare environment to move forward with our support,'' said WCFCC, Executive Director, Patricia J. Kytlica.

Because of this, WOMEN'S CLINIC IS CLOSING ITS MEDICAL PRACTICE

MEDICAL PATIENTS:

COUNSELING CLIENTS:

  • Pico Location - Friday, October 23, 2015 will be the last day of medical appointments. The Pico location is closing permanently.
  • Venice location - Friday, October 30, 2015 will be the last day of medical appointments. HOWEVER, Westside Family Health Center (www.wfhcenter.org) will take over the operation of our Venice Boulevard location immediately thereafter and will continue excellent healthcare at Venice Blvd.

We strongly urge you to make Westside Family Health Center your medical healthcare home. They have a wide variety of services to offer including primary health care, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up for women, men and children.

In order for us to give your Medical records to Westside, or any other health care provider, you will need to:

  • Complete the Medical Release form located on the Women's Clinic website (www.womens-clinic.org), and email it to noandasan@womens-clinic.org or
  • Complete the Medical Release form and return it to us at 9911 W. Pico Blvd., Ste. 500, Los Angeles, CA 90035, Attn: Neil Oandasan.
  • November 15, 2015 is the deadline for immediate transfer of medical records. After this date, there is a more involved process to retrieving your file from storage, which will take additional time to process.
